Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods, hygiene products, and customized items cannot be returned.

Process:

To request a return, buyers must contact our support team.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to the seller or Buynan’s warehouse (as instructed).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

Sellers’ Responsibility:

Sellers must cooperate in handling returns and refunds.

Repeated failure may result in suspension.
